September has brought a dramatic start to the academic year. As you will be aware, the Fédération des médecins spécialistes du Québec (FMSQ) used the suspension of medical student teaching as a pressure tactic to push for the withdrawal of Bill 106. Last week, members of the Fédération des médecins omnipraticiens du Québec (FMOQ) voted to adopt the same strategy as of October 1 should the PL106 not be withdrawn.
