It will also provide a framework for having difficult conversations\, as well as highlight some of the negative conseq uences of unresolved conflict on our physical and mental health.\n\nMiriam Carver\n\nMiriam Carver is on faculty at 91Ö±²¥â€™s Executive Institute and is also an instructor at University of Montreal’s Hautes Etudes Commercia les (HEC).
