He is the Vice Dean (Acting)\, Education Scholarship and Strategy\, the Directo r of Schulich’s Centre for Education Research and Innovation\, and a Facul ty Scholar at Western University. A neurologist by clinical training\, he holds a Masters in Medical Education from the University of Dundee and a P hD in Health Professions Education from Maastricht University. As a resear cher\, Chris studies why doctors are difficult to coach\, why feedback fre quently misses the mark\, and why professional culture so often undermines the best laid curriculum plans.
