Quebec [2005]\, and how these legal challenges will influence the future of Canada’s public health care system. Panelists including Me. Bruce W. Johnston who represented Ge orge Zeliotis in the Chaoulli case\, Prof. Alana Klein from 91Ö±˛Ąâ€™s Facul ty of Law\, and John Carpay of the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freed oms will discuss whether litigation is an effective forum to influence pol icy change\, and beyond Chaoulli\, discuss the impact positive outcomes in the Alberta and British Columbia cases could have on the medical professi on and on patients’ rights.
