 ecture on arbitration commemorates the life and work of John E.C. Brierley
 \, who was Professor and Dean of Law at 91Ö±²¥. He was a prominent figure 
 in the discipline of comparative law internationally and the leading Canad
 ian expert on arbitration.  The John E.C. Brierley Memorial Lecture is pre
 sented by 91Ö±²¥ and its Research Team on Private Justice and the Rule of 
 Law (PJRL)\, with the participation of the Canadian Bar Association (Quebe
 c branch). It will be followed by a cocktail generously sponsored by Woods
