 will be presenting industry cloning technology developments of interest to
  Mac Campus researchers and their lab teams.\n\nMolecular cloning is utili
 zed in nearly every facet of biology and medical research to study gene ex
 pression and element function or create a new product. As a growing number
  of genes and regulatory element sequences are available\, there is an inc
 reasing need for rapid cloning to determine their function. To facilitate 
 high throughput cloning we developed a method\, termed Hot Fusion\, which 
 is one-step\, single tube reaction and efficiently clones single or multip
 le DNA fragments into the plasmid vectors at once. The method is direction
 al\, produces seamless junctions and is not dependent on the availability 
 of restriction sites for inserts. The method is very robust\, has more adv
 antages than any other method available in the market\, and has become a w
 orking house for us for over 10 years\, which has enabled us to deliver ov
