 hursday\, October 23 in the morning:\n\n\nThe first day of the retreat wil
 l celebrate the essential work of our rural teachers. The event will be or
 ganized by our Distributed Medical Education team and will highlight the u
 nique value of rural teaching\, followed by two engaging sessions to stren
 gthen your teaching skills. \n\n\n	Friday\, October 24 in the morning:\n\n
 \nThe second day of the retreat is the main Department event.  We will hav
 e sessions focused on human and digital integration in Family Medicine inc
 luding a choice of workshops.\n\nLearning Objectives:\n\n\n	Identify curren
 t opportunities and challenges in academic Family Medicine.\n	Explain the p
 rinciples of EDI\, AI\, and effective communication and how they can enhan
 ce healthcare delivery.\n	Develop a vision for the future of Family Medicin
 e at 91Ö±²¥\, focusing on the integration of EDI\, AI and effective commun
 ication to drive innovative and inclusive healthcare practices.\n\n\nMore

 ing Professional Development\, School of Medicine\, 91Ö±²¥\, wh
 ich is accredited by the Committee on Accreditation of Canadian Medical Ed
 ucation (CACME) of which the Collège des médecins du Québec (CMQ) is a par
 tner.\n\nThis activity meets the certification criteria of the Quebec Coll
 ege of Family Physicians\, a continuing professional development accrediti
 ng organization recognized by the Collège des médecins du Québec and has b
 een approved for up to 6.25 Mainpro+® Certified Activity credits.\n\nMembe
 rs of the American Academy of Family Physicians are eligible to receive up
  to 6.25 prescribed credit hours for attendance at this meeting/event due 
 to a reciprocal agreement with the College of Family Physicians of Canada.
