Title: Constructing Agency in the Face of Misalignment: A Path to Becoming
Objectives: In this presentation, I will review the findings of a study that employed interpretive description to explore medical students鈥� perceptions of their agency when facing experiences of misalignment. The goals of the presentations are to solicit input from IHSE members on: (1) how best to present the findings of our analysis; (2) which findings are most intriguing to focus on in the discussion; (3) future studies in this area.
