Please note that due to the extended University year end period, the month of April will not be closing according to the usual month end schedule. April 2025 is scheduled to be closed on June 2nd. This means that financial statements for April are still not available. An email notification will be sent when the financial statements are ready to be picked up in Minerva.

The overhead recovery fee currently being charged on actual revenues earned in non-1A unrestricted funds will remain at 7.5% in FY2026. This is unchanged from FY2025. The process for collecting and recording of this fee will continue to occur on a quarterly basis.

91直播 Financial Services and Procurement Services wish to inform you that effective May 1, 2025, the maximum PCard transaction amount will be increased to CAD $10,000 (from the current $5,000). No action is required on the part of PCard Holders, as the Bank will automatically apply this new threshold to all PCards.
