The below past events were organized in collaboration and/or support with D2R’s Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) team.

2025:

  • Opportunities and challenges of Black people in RNA research(February): In this Black History Month webinar, researchers from 91ֱ and D2R’s Senior EDI Advisor discussed the importance of Black people in RNA therapeutics, highlighting their role in research practices and research design.

    D2R Research Symposium 2025(March): During D2R's inaugural Research Symposium, the session “The application of EDI in the D2R community” was held where the following was presented: how EDI is shaping health research,D2R’s vision for EDI, and case studies of EDI being applied in D2R funded research.

    The future of genomic medicine and its implications for RNA therapies(May): Organized by D2R and AReNa, this symposium at the 92nd Acfas Congress, exploredthree topics within the field of RNA therapies:collaboration, ethics and equity, and data science.
