Target Audience: All staff and students required to work with a class 3B and/or 4 laser must follow this course, and聽to participate in the Occupational Health Program聽including a baseline eye exam.

- 91直播 students, staff and faculty can complete the online course and exam using the EHS Safety Training System - Web Training.
- Non-91直播 student聽and visitor聽registrants please complete and submit the Paying Participant Training Form.
Certification: An e-certificate is issued to participants who successfully complete the online exam. Passing grade is set at 80% or higher.聽Certification is valid for a period of 3 years.
