International Student Orientation events听are听open to听NEW 91直播 international听undergraduate,听graduate, and听exchange听students starting in August, 2025. For campus-wide orientation, please visit the Campus-Life and Engagement website!

ISS Orientation Info Session	Join us for a short presentation customized specifically for you as an international student, followed by time for Q&A. Learn essential info about your status in Canada, Health Insurance, Montreal, and ISS services and activities. Please note that these info-sessions are for Students only.	When: Thursday, August 21st - Friday, August 22nd from 3pm - 4pm. Where: , Room: 5001	No registration required.
International Student Welcome Reception	91直播 International Student Services staff cordially invites NEW International Students to its Welcome Reception after you finish your first day of class at 91直播! This event will provide you an opportunity to meet University officials and other new international students from over 150 countries. Join us for music, refreshments, meet your diplomat (!) and a grand welcome to 91直播!	When: Wednesday, August 27th from 5pm - 7pm. Where:
Get your Social Insurance Number!	You need a Social Insurance Number (SIN) to work in Canada. Service Canada now enables students to apply for a SIN Card directly online via听the听. SIN CLINIC AT MACDONALD CAMPUS: Representatives from Service Canada will provide guidance and support for students applying for their SIN Cards via the online portal *Please note that the Service Canada will not issue you a SIN Card in this clinic.
