This session will provide information on 91直播's Policy on Harassment and Discrimination and 91直播鈥檚 Policy against Sexual Violence and related resources as well as how to respond to disclosures and/or formally report harassment, discrimination, or sexual violence. Participants will apply what they鈥檝e learned via discussion of case studies.

LEAN White Belt with Simulation
(in-person session)
This is an ideal course as a Lean refresher or for those with limited time. In the Lean "Service+" simulation, participants learn to identify 8 types of common work wastes and discover the appropriate lean tools and techniques for reducing or eliminating those wastes. The centerpiece of the course is a simulation showing the same process before and after the application of LEAN.听
