• Departmental approval required. The听project approval form听must be fully completed and signed by both student and supervisor, and then submitted听to greg.marczynski [at] mcgill.ca (Dr. Greg Marczynski). Registration information will be sent by the department once听the project is approved.

• Students must identify to the departmental Student Affairs Officer (Christine DeSantis听- undergrad.microimm [at] mcgill.ca) their wish to register and provide documentation that supports their eligibility. Once approved, students will be able to register through Minerva.

• Course Pre-requisites:
  Introductory Immunology (MIMM 214), Microbial Physiology and Genetics (MIMM 323) & Molecular Microbiology Lab (MIMM 384). Evidence of successful completion of all three (3) pre-requisite courses may be requested prior to registration.

MIMM 499/498 Library Research project in Microbiology and Immunology

• Instructor permission is required. Contact Dr. Vidal directly if interested in registering.
• This course can only be taken in U3

• The number of places is limited.听To qualify for registration in this course, students must have a CGPA of at least 3.5 or higher (given the limited space, the minimum CGPA may increase depending on the number of applicants).
• An information meeting about the course MIMM 501/502 is held annually in November for students who intend to apply for registration. Students interested in registering must submit an up-to-date unofficial academic transcript and a statement of research interest (Immunology or Microbiology) to Christine DeSantis, Student Affairs Officer at undergrad.microimm [at] mcgill.ca.
